First, this is a senior position (a combination of Individual contributor and People management). Fundamentally, your role is to translate broad executive strategies into something operational and tactical that your technical team can work on. We do a lot of front-end work. At the onset, we want you to lead our team to deliver top-notch work to our clients. You'll face a mix of design and technical-related challenges. We expect you to come up with solutions and approaches to solve them. You're responsible for establishing the practice and enforcing standards. There are so many areas of possibilities you can work on – establish our core front-end development practices, show us a new approach, help us automate our development practice, create custom tools for the team, and a lot more!
To make your job interesting, we develop and invest in creating our own tools for our production automation. You'll definitely be part of that! You'll help us build these tools through Figma plugins, code generation, design-to-code generators, and the like! Really bleeding edge stuff.
You'll be leading and managing a small group of developers. But we expect that you'll hire more, train, and mentor them. Coach and invest in their growth. You'll continue to shape and develop our team and turn them into something bad-ass!
