The Talent Acquisition Partner executes approved end-to-end recruitment strategy, owns the candidate journey through pre-employment completion and onboarding. The role upholds Frost's employer brand through accurate recruitment communications, professional candidate engagement, and a consistent new-hire experience.
The Talent Acquisition Partner requires working closely with the Business/Practice Heads, Head of HR Services and HR Business Partners in hiring assessments and calibration, directs approved sourcing support, and ensures new hires complete the required documentation, orientation, and onboarding activities. The role delivers assigned Objective Key Results, maintains accurate dashboards, and completes a documented handoff to the HRBP and receiving team after onboarding.
As the lead in talent acquisition, you will manage the entire talent journey—from recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding to programs that enhance performance and development. You will also be expected to improve Frost's recruitment systems by regularly engaging with Business/Practice Heads to refine job descriptions, collaborating with the Business/Practice Heads and Head of HR Services on headcount requirements and calibration, managing sourcing strategies, building recruitment dashboards, and strengthening relations with recruitment partners.

Leigh de Guzman is our CEO and leads the Project Management group and handles the overall operations of Frost. John Paul de Guzman, our Chief Creative and founder, leads the Creative team and handles production. Cathy Limsoc-Castillo handles strategy, finance and economics.
We have a collective experience of 45 years in business development, consulting, design, and project management, spanning our work to diverse industries locally and abroad.
As of this writing, Frost has around 25 people, and we’re continuously growing. Our search for talented individuals never stops!
Our design team uses a broad range of tools. But often, we use Figma for designing. Occasional Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Maya for most of our 3d works. On top of that, we are investing a lot in developing our own custom tools like Figma plugins and other design automation initiatives. You are expected to cope, if not lead, in this new era of design automation.
