About the Job
As a Mid-Level UI Designer, you’ll work with a team of designers to create high-fidelity screens and mockups. You are expected to design screens and screen states, put them into flows, create variants for responsive design, create icons, illustrations, and other graphical assets.
Your primary responsibility is to turn wireframes into beautiful, production-ready high-fidelity user interfaces. Simply put, your job is to make things look pretty–impressive.
To be successful in this role, you need to have strong graphic design fundamentals, a good sense of design, acute attention to detail, and a passion for designing useful products that users will love.
You are expected to collaborate with other designers, project managers, and developers and develop recommendations on solving problems within your domain.

When the time comes, and we decide to go back to our office, our headquarters is located at Unit 1516 City and Land Mega Plaza, Cor. Garnett rd. ADB Avenue, Ortigas Pasig City.
Leigh de Guzman is our CEO and leads the Project Management group and handles the overall operations of Frost. John Paul de Guzman, our Chief Creative and founder, leads the Creative team and handles production. Cathy Limsoc-Castillo handles strategy, finance and economics.
We have a collective experience of 45 years in business development, consulting, design, and project management, spanning our work to diverse industries locally and abroad.
As of this writing, Frost has around 25 people, and we’re continuously growing. Our search for talented individuals never stops!
Our design team uses a broad range of tools. But often, we use Figma for designing. Occasional Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Maya for most of our 3d works. On top of that, we are investing a lot in developing our own custom tools like Figma plugins and other design automation initiatives. You are expected to cope, if not lead, in this new era of design automation.
