We're looking for an experienced, self-propelled, results-driven talent acquisition and development lead who will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, and developing and supporting all management initiatives with an objective to align talents with business objectives and ever-changing business needs. As talent acquisition and development lead, your role includes working closely with the HR Business Partner, and Practice Heads in creating the job descriptions, sourcing and attracting the right talent in the effective channel, and to create and deliver training programs for new and existing employees based on the needs of the organization.
As the lead in talent acquisition, your role requires you to manage the whole talent journey from recruiting the right talent, onboarding and offboarding the talent, to develop and support programs that will enhance talent performance and development. In hiring the right talent, your role will be to improve our talent recruitment efforts, by regular meetings with practice heads in improving the job description, align with HR Business partner in the calibration on talent headcount, manage talent sourcing, create dashboards to improve efficacy of talent sourcing, increase and improve relations with recruitment partners.
As the lead in talent development, your role is important in running and improving our talent orientation and onboarding processes. You will also be responsible in enhancing talent performance and development, by identifying training & development needs within the organization through management initiatives, job analysis, performance review results and regular consultation with leads, managers, and practice heads.

Our design team uses a broad range of tools. But often, we use Figma for designing. Occasional Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Maya for most of our 3d works. On top of that, we are investing a lot in developing our own custom tools like Figma plugins and other design automation initiatives. You are expected to cope, if not lead, in this new era of design automation.
