Learn about our newly-certified Data Privacy Officers who’ll help Frost maintain data security and privacy standards.

Last July 28, Anna Enriquez and Millette Aran underwent one-day training and certification testing for the Data Privacy Officer Novice Level to receive their Data Privacy Training and Certification at GlobalKnowledge. Everyone at Frost congratulates them for passing this certification which will help Frost maintain data security and privacy standards.

“We’re looking to assess Frost’s current data governance and identify areas of improvement to increase the value of data handling within the organization,” said Millette, our HR and Admin Officer.  Part of their DPO responsibilities is to ensure that Frost complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Stringent data security and collection guidelines are crucial because our clients operate in industries that collect and process personal data.

During the day-long training, they were presented with various data privacy and security topics.

It’s important to be aware of the data life cycle to mitigate data breaches that can potentially lead to identity theft and fraud.

Technical Lead

This type of certification helps Frost develop comprehensive privacy procedures for partners, employees, and stakeholders.

Frost talents can look forward to learning all about data privacy and security from Millette and Anna.

We really want to share this knowledge with the team, to raise awareness about how all personal data is used and how to manage it best.
Millette
HR and Administration Officer

This additional training and knowledge will have Frost implement much more comprehensive data governance and practices to protect and manage data!
